Welcome to your Participant Portal!
The GROW Participant Portal connects you to all aspects of your GROW training including. Below is a helpful guide to get you started.
Sign up for your Portal
Step 1: Click here to sign-up for the GROW Participant Portal
Click SIGN-UP
Enter your name, email and create a password
Click Create Account
Having trouble signing up?
No problem. This usually means you already signed up for our website in the past. You can easily reset your password at the sign-up link above. To the right, is a short tutorial to guide you through the process. These instructions are also included on the page below the sign-up button.
Once you’re signed up we recommend that you bookmark the direct portal link:

Navigate your Portal
From the main menu, you are only a few clicks away from everything you need for your GROW training.
Getting around:
When you click the icons at the top of the page you’ll navigate directly to each section
To return to the menu, click Back to Menu↑ at the bottom of each section.
You can also scroll through the page to find each section.
Get the GROW App
Available exclusively to GROW participants, the GROW New Worker App connects you to all aspects of your training on the go, from anywhere with a cell signal or internet connection.
Instructions:
Open the app on the device of your choice.
Follow the onscreen directions to create your free account
Verify your email
Re-open the app on your device.
Click “Yes” to save the app to your home screen
Skills & Safety Training
From this section, you can access your course material and Zoom links for online learning.
To find your cohort’s coursework, click your cohort icon.
Cohorts are organized by start date and training location.
Training Modules
This is where you’ll find your course material.
In the header. you’ll find a breakdown of your 3-week training and a map to your on-site training location.
Scroll down to find your Training Modules.
Your training modules are loaded each day throughout your program.
Modules contain a brief summary of the topics discussed in the module, instructions and a list of downloads including a copy of the presentation used by your instructor and any relevant resources.
Please, do not complete any assignments until after your instructor has presented the module in class.
Connect to Zoom
Your training sessions are conducted using Zoom.
How to connect to Zoom:
When you’re ready to join your scheduled training session, Go to your cohort’s Training Modules
Click on the GROW ZOOM icon.
Your Zoom meeting will automatically launch in a new tab.
If your meeting doesn’t load your meeting passcode is also listed on this menu.
Your Zoom meeting will begin once your instructor has logged on.
Your Zoom link is also included in each training module.

Here are the tools you’ll use to help launch your career.
Professional Profile
This form helps you create a professional profile to apply for landscape and horticulture job postings.
On the following pages, you can upload your resume, update your contact information and provide more details about your skills and experience.
