Does it cost anything to hire through GROW?

There is no fee to connect with or hire a GROW graduate.

What training do graduates complete?

Training may include practical landscape and horticulture skills, workplace readiness, First Aid, WHMIS, Greenius training and a GROW Program Completion Certificate.

Can I request workers for a specific location or role?

Graduate locations and availability vary by cohort and are not guaranteed. Employers should submit their hiring needs for follow-up by the GROW team.

Am I guaranteed to receive candidates?

As an employer, you make your own hiring decision and graduates are not guaranteed.

Do I need to be a Landscape Ontario member?

No, this is not a requirement.
