The goal of this training is to improve your company’s ability to recruit and maintain a strong and productive team of staff. You’ll learn how to evaluate your company’s current approach and gain an understanding of the factors that contribute to the success of your sector peers. You’ll discover new tools and processes and benefit from ongoing feedback as you apply what you’ve learned to your company.

This course is designed for companies that provide landscape and horticulture services throughout Ontario. Owners and managers responsible for hiring and developing staff, specifically those with the authority to make changes to your company’s policies and procedures, are best suited to attend this training.

This program is at no cost to participants. As an Employment Ontario program GROW is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.

The intention of the Employer of Choice Program is to create a safe and constructive environment for learning and sharing among participants. Participants are expected to implement changes to their businesses throughout the course. Therefore, we only accept managers with that authority.
