Sarah is the manager of the Maintenance and Enhancements Departments at Allweather Landscape. She is also the account manager, overseeing operations for both departments.
Sarah began her journey in horticulture 22 years ago as a co-op student with the Parks and Recreation Department for the city of St. Thomas. That experience led to a Horticulture diploma from the Niagara Parks Commission School of Horticulture in 2005.

In 2016, Liana's life took an unexpected turn when her father passed her the reins of his established landscape business, Plantscape Windsor. Over the past seven years, Liana has successfully transitioned from the world of banking and overcome various challenges to become a successful landscape business owner.
Liana is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture that encourages professional growth. She is a passionate ambassador for Landscape Ontario’s GROW and Apprentice programs and actively supports multiple Plantscape Windsor staff through these initiatives.

Shannon is a second-generation co-owner of Garden Holistics Inc in Blue Mountain, ON. Prior to joining the family business in 2021, she spent 18 years in corporate marketing and business administration in Toronto.
Steven Hernandez

Steve has over 25 years of experience in the irrigation profession and currently serves as the Chair of the Irrigation Sector Group at Landscape Ontario. As an educator, Steve has crafted and delivered irrigation courses at Humber College's Horticultural Apprenticeship program and taught seminars and certification courses, including WSIP, through Landscape Ontario. Steve's leadership is characterized by a balanced blend of considerate decision-making and an openness to learning new techniques and trends. His inclusive approach ensures that everyone's voice is heard, fostering thoughtful and comprehensive feedback.

During his 34 years as a Nutri-Lawn franchisee, Cam grew his lawn care business to include irrigation and landscape lighting services. Today, he leads a dedicated team of eight staff and summer students. In addition to his long-standing dedication to the industry, Cam is also a devoted husband, proud parent and grandparent.
Cassie Zalewski

Parklane Landscapes
Cassie has worked for Parklane Landscapes, an environmentally sustainable landscape design, build and education company, for almost 20 years. Since starting as a general labourer, she has held many roles, including Foreperson, Crane Operator, Estimator, Operations Manager and General Manager. Today, as the third-generation owner, Cassie strives to honour the success of the company created by her family and extend its legacy in new directions.
