The demand for skilled workers in landscape and horticulture is higher than ever. In response, Landscape Ontario — representing over 100,000 workers and 3100 companies across Ontario — created GROW to train new workers to join the industry.
GROW Training for New Workers focuses on the skills you need to get a job right away and grow a rewarding career. And it’s working! Most program graduates get their first job in the industry right after graduation.
As a government-funded employment program, your GROW training and support are free.
