Navigating your Participant Portal
Welcome to the Supervisory Training Program
We are pleased to welcome your online training portal which connects you to all aspects of your training.
To help you become familiar with the portal, we ask that you complete your pre-program assignments using the instructions on your right.
Navigate to your Cohort’s Training Details Page
Scroll down to the Training Details section of this page and click the icon for your training cohort.
*Your Training cohort corresponds with the day an time of your weekly training sessions.
On your Training Details page:
Click the icons at the top of the page to find the following sections unique to your cohort.
Connect to GROW Zoom
Your training sessions are conducted using Zoom. When you’re ready to join your scheduled training session, click the GROW ZOOM icon at the top of the page. Your Zoom meeting will launch automatically.
Course Calendar
From the menu at the top of your cohort’s Training Details page, click Course Calendar. This section contains the dates and topics for your training sessions.
Training Modules
From the menu at the top of your cohort’s Training Details page, click Training Modules. In this section, you’ll find your cohort’s training modules, tools and resources. Each module is posted the week prior to your training session. This post contains instructions and material you’ll need for the session. The presentations and additional resources are posted the Friday after each session.
